We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Please allow 14-21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be printed and processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times are based on location. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.
